2. User Eligibility

To use Zellify, you must be at least 18 years old. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. Users under the age of 18 are not permitted to use our platform.

3. Account Creation

To access Zellify, you must create an account using your email address, a username, and a secure password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. We offer additional security measures, such as two-factor authentication (2FA), to help protect your account.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

  • Selling illegal, stolen, or copyrighted content without proper authorization.
  • Engaging in fraud, spamming, or scamming.
  • Violating any applicable laws or regulations.

Sellers are solely responsible for the content they upload and sell on Zellify. You must own or have the legal right to sell all digital products listed on your store

4. Payments and Fees

Zellify supports payments through Stripe Connect and Oxapay (for cryptocurrency transactions). Sellers must connect their own payment processors, and Zellify does not handle or control any funds. We charge a transaction fee based on your account tier:

  • Free Tier: 4% commission.
  • Premium Tier: 3% commission.
  • Enterprise Tier: 1% commission.

Refunds for account upgrades or subscriptions on Zellify will be issued to the original payment method in cases of platform downtime or service issues. Refunds for products sold on individual stores are the responsibility of the seller.

6. Content Ownership

To access Zellify, you must create an account using your email address, a username, and a secure password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. 7. Dispute Resolution

Zellify does not mediate disputes between buyers and sellers. Sellers are responsible for handling customer complaints, refunds, and chargebacks.

8. Liability and Disclaimers

Zellify is provided "as is," and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We are not liable for any losses, damages, or disputes arising from the use of our platform. Sellers use Zellify at their own risk.

9. Termination

Zellify reserves the right to terminate or suspend any account at any time, without prior notice, for violations of these ToS or for any other reason.

10. Governing Law

These ToS are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes will be resolved under Swedish jurisdiction.

11. Changes to the ToS

We may update these ToS at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on our website, and the "Last Updated" date will reflect the most recent changes.
