Posthog Integration

You can now send funnel, quiz, and payment data directly to your PostHog project. Once enabled, Zellify automatically tracks user behavior across your funnels and reports it to PostHog.

What gets tracked

Zellify sends events as users move through your funnel:

• Funnel interaction events like z:page_completed and z:email_captured, so you can track progression and identify drop-off points.

• Funnel answers are included as event properties on page completion and also stored as PostHog person properties. This lets you segment users and build cohorts based on quiz responses.

• User identification happens automatically when an email is captured. The email is set as the PostHog distinct ID, tying all future events to that user.

• Revenue and subscription events including z:checkout_presented, z:payment_succeeded, z:trial_started, z:subscription_started, and more. Revenue events include product ID, price ID, currency, quantity, payment type, and category.

The PostHog SDK is loaded automatically on your funnel pages. Autocapture, session recording, web vitals, and page view tracking are enabled according to your PostHog project settings.

Getting set up

Go to Settings > Integrations, find PostHog, enter your Project API Key, select your region (US or EU), and toggle it on.
