Founders Associate
About the role
You'll work directly with Marcus, our CEO, as his right hand on everything commercial. Zellify is at the stage where the product works, customers are signing, and now we need to figure out how to take this to market properly. That's your job.
This isn't a support role. You'll own how we show up to the market. One day you're recording product demos and turning them into content that actually lands. The next you're building outbound campaigns targeting app developers who are tired of giving 30% to the app stores. The day after that you're on a call with a prospect, learning what makes them say yes, and turning that into a repeatable playbook.
You'll have direct line of sight into what works, why it works, and the freedom to double down on it. If you've been looking for a role where you build the GTM engine from scratch rather than inherit someone else's, this is it.
What you'll do
No two weeks will look the same, but here's the kind of work that lives in this role:
Build and run outbound campaigns on LinkedIn and email. Research-driven, personalized messaging that speaks to real pain points, not generic sales copy.
Record and edit product demos. Loom walkthroughs, feature videos, use case content that shows Zellify solving actual problems for publishers and advertisers.
Test messaging and positioning in real conversations with prospects, then turn what you learn into reusable collateral: case studies, battle cards, objection frameworks, pitch decks.
Create sales enablement content for different verticals and buyer personas. One-pagers, comparison docs, scripts that explain ad infrastructure without the adtech jargon.
Generate content for our LinkedIn and web presence. Distill customer insights, product updates, and industry takes into posts that sound like us, not like a marketing team.
Support customers when the team hits capacity. Answer questions, troubleshoot, and learn what they actually struggle with daily. That context feeds everything else you do.
Experiment relentlessly with different GTM approaches. Document what actually moves pipeline, kill what doesn't, and move on.
Who you are
You want to be at an early-stage startup. You understand that early means fast, scrappy, and sometimes chaotic. That excites you.
You're commercially minded. Everything you build should help us sell better or support customers better. You care about what works in practice, not in theory.
You're a builder. You've got side projects, things you've shipped, evidence that you figure things out without waiting to be told.
You have a strong analytical background. Economics, engineering, sciences, something that taught you to think clearly and structure problems.
You write clearly and with personality. You can explain complex workflows in simple terms without sounding like a brochure.
You're comfortable creating content. Recording videos, editing demos, writing copy, building decks. You don't need a designer or a producer to get things out the door.
You pick things up fast. New tools, new markets, new products. You learn by doing.

Want to specialize in one function. This role is deliberately broad and tracks alongside the CEO's priorities.
Need established processes and playbooks. We're building most of this from scratch.
Want a traditional career path with formal training programs. We're figuring out what works for Zellify, not running someone else's framework.
